Starting from 1st October 2008
Would you like to be fitter?
Do you know where to start ? Do you have an hour a week free? You could be a Mum, Dad, Woman, Man, Grandparent, or Student, it doesn't matter. Fitness training with Emma Fisher can be tailored to suit anyone!
What's the cost?
See Pricing for full details, but group sessions (6 people or more) can be as little as £10 per person
When is it?
At an agreed time and place to suit you. (Please note that 'term' ends 15th December 2008, and restarts 12th January 2009)
Which level are you?
Sessions will be based around one of three themes; building strength, agility, or stamina, and will be at the following levels:
Get Set: You want to take exercise, but have very little cardio fitness
Ready To Go: You have a base cardio fitness and want to improve
Mature: Aimed at the older person, who wants to exercise
Please note: All participants should read and answer honestly the questions set out here in the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) before commencing any training schedule with Emma Fisher
